All billing and invoicing details are maintained in our Invoicing Portal (not to be confused with nuDeliverIt Portal). Remember after SIGN UP you would have received an email to activate your account to view Invoices and Billing details.
Remember that you will not be charged during the Trial period. Capturing Credit card as part of initial SIGN UP helps us to continue billing should you decide to continue beyond Trial period. Also, please be assured that your Credit Card number is safe with us. We partner with PCI certified vendors to handle your Credit Card information and Billing. Relax do not worry.
An e-mail is automatically triggered from our Invoicing Portal 3 days prior to the end of Trial period. Please remember that this e-mail will be sent to the same e-mail ID as the welcome e-mail. You are required to check your Spam or Junk folder just in case.
No, your credit card will not be charged.
You need not do anything. nuVizz will automatically extend your contract and bill you for the next cycle.
Yes, it is possible. Upon completion of SIGN UP you would have received a separate e-mail to Activate your account to view your invoices on Invoicing Portal (not to be confused with nuDeliverIt Portal). This e-mail is different from the welcome e-mail. In case you do not remember getting it or would need help with that please e-mail support@nuvizz.com for assistance.
If there is an increase in the Driver count that pushes you to the next billing tier, you can email us to support@nuvizz.com indicating the new user count. Alternately, if nuVizz finds out that the user count has increased and it pushes you to the next pricing tier, we will automatically switch you to that plan and inform you via e-mail.
To terminate the contract, you will require to login to your Invoicing portal to close your account. Remember, this Invoice portal (not to be confused with nuDeliverIt Portal) login activation notification was sent to you on a separate e-mail after your SIGN UP process. In case you did not activate your account or do not know how access Invoice Portal, please e-mail support@nuvizz.com asking for terminating the contract. We will deactivate your account in nuDeliverIt.
